Best Offer
Today, I decided to pick up a sub-section that I mentioned in the other blog post Extreme Couponing- My Favorite I mentioned about the weird relationship that I connected Ikea to saving, and here's why.
Through the spirit of ANTS, I want to show my TRUE-SELF, I have an obsession to Ikea. It is probably the best place to spend a weekend day, just chilling out in there. You get unlimited refills of drinks(although carbs are bad for health), freezing a/c, great furniture, and of course Wi-Fi connection. All these goods are like big money-savers.
To actually count the value of this, if you drink about 10 cups of their drink, that is equivalent to a bottle of coke, which is 40 NT a bottle. Here, you saved about 15 dollars just from drinking carbs. Well, if you didn't go to Ikea for drink, then don't take this into account. Well, as for a/c, it is like freaking cold everywhere in Ikea. And if you happened to live in the hottest place in Taipei City, you saved many bucks for electricity that you may have to spend if you decided to spend the day in the a/c room in your house. I guess, if you only buy a drink there, you saved quite a lot. As for great furniture, it is absolutely great feature that Ikea has that the other department stores does not. There are great set ups of furniture in the restaurant, in which I study quite efficiently in. I never have the habit to write my homework in front of my desk, cause I hate to sit in that uncomfortable wooden chair, and had to sit there for a couple boring hours. Ikea restaurant, on the other hand, has some comfortable desks and seat that I happened to like very much. In fact, that is where I normally study my world history tests and got the best results out of the study in Ikea. (Why do I mention world history instead of other classes? Well, if you have to know, let's just say its probably one of the five most exhausting class that our school offers, and not only from the opinion of the students who don't put hard work into the class, but also students who actually worked really hard). So, you get the point, Ikea provided a nice place in which I can study very hard and do well, the result of doing well will then be saving needless tuition for taking failed class all over again. Here, Ikea did it for me again. Well, the last point then is Wi-Fi connection. Think about this, who here in the world does not always seek for Wi-Fi connection?(over-exaggerating, but you get the point.) Wi-Fi connection provided if you would just buy a 25 NT unlimited drink, where as in other coffee shops, they costs 70 NT at least. Here, Ikea done it successfully, again.
I love Ikea, but I haven't get to my point today yet. I thought I'll just leave you at this point, cause if I get to my point, ANTS will probably tune-off in the middle of the section. Just treat this blog post as a Saving Offer that I throw off on my blog for the very first time.
If you want to see the point of today, I'll write it and post it in just a little moment.
I guess I'm not going to post a song of the day in this blog post, cause I probably will later in the second post, so stay-tune if you want a song.
As always, leave me a comment about what you think about anything, or for this particular post, suggest me a special offer that I would probably share on my blog later, or just tell me what you think of the big time saver Ikea's deal. Is it good, or is it bad? Why? :)
